To add an image, ppt, or word doc the file has to be uploaded

1. Click Upload file
2. Browse computer for file to upload
3. Click "Upload File" to be redirected to the new image page
4. To include the image in a page, use a link in the form [[Image:file.jpg]],or [[Media:file.ogg]] for directly linking to word docs, ppt, etc.
5. To resize image: [[Image:file.jpg|400px]]

How to work with non image files

If you are using an image in the wiki you can click on the image and that goes to the image page and then there is the option to "upload a new version" which will replace your image everywhere its used, but keep the history. You can also download the current version or any previous version. If the image comes from one of the file types below the original file should also be uploaded to the wiki so that anybody can download it, edit it and then upload it again.

The link to the original file should be in the page of the image. GIVE AN EXAMPLE

• I think there is a limit in terms of file size. I need to find out what it is.
