Course presentation

This module sets some basic organization for the course, and presents an overview of the course.

We will:

Check the list of participants and gather all students' e-mails.
Explain briefly the course general goals.
Explain the required background for the course.
Explain the teaching methodology and grading (final exam).
Mention the main reference book of the course, and the associated errata file. Invite students to contribute to the errata file.
Present the wiki page.
Ask students to register to the wiki to be updated on posted material and exercises, and to be able to participate on discussions on-line.
Provide an introduction to the course goals and contents.
Mention the initial course plan.
